Contexte
Dans une démarche de valorisation de son bien, la propriétaire de l’hôtel Esprit Saint Germain a confié à Paris Construction Est la mission de transformation de chambres en suites ainsi que la création d’un salon, d’une cafétéria et d’une terrasse.
Le projet était d’autant plus complexe que l’hôtel devait maintenir sont exploitation.
