Contexte
En 2008, dans une démarche de valorisation de son bien, le propriétaire de l’hôtel Burgundy situé rue Duphot a confié à Paris Construction Est la mission de restructuration complète du bâtiment. Des travaux tels que la réfection complète des planchers, la création de circulations verticales (escalier et ascenseur) et le renforcement des structures existantes lui ont ainsi permis de pérenniser durablement son patrimoine.
